Registration Info

To assist with our planning and our suppliers, caterers, etc., we are strongly encouraging all to complete the Registration Process (in effect, Pre-Register) prior to May 1, 2010. As an incentive, we have set up the pricing with a discount for those who pre-register prior to May 1, 2010. There will be two prices listed for the main events (Registration; Rim Park Social on Friday Evening; Golf Tournament on Saturday; Dinner/Dance at Bingeman Park Saturday Evening) – a pre-May 1, 2010 price/a post-May 1, 2010 price. Please take advantage of that discount. As a further incentive, we have a package deal special for the Rim Park Social on Friday Evening AND the Dinner/Dance at Bingeman Park on Saturday Evening. Please consider the Package Deal Special! It would be wonderful if all registrations were completed prior to May 1, 2010. We thank you in advance for your assistance.

After May 28, 2010, with one week to go before the actual Homecoming Weekend (June 4-6, 2010), we will stop Pre-Registrations via this website and will move to Registrations at WCI. Processing time for credit cards, cheques, etc. will become an issue for us within one week of the actual Homecoming Weekend. We will switch to cash only transactions at WCI for all registrations and other transactions from May 29, 2010 through to the actual Homecoming Weekend. A cash machine is available at WCI in the lower foyer next to the Cafeteria should you wish to use it throughout the entire Homecoming Weekend. Admission for those aged 12 and under is free! Many events over the three days are included in the general registration for all registrants.

There is a mandatory general registration fee for all attendees to cover a number of setup costs including insurance, website development and maintenance, equipment rental, advertising, banking fees, security, parking, etc. in addition to the registration package itself. The Homecoming is entirely self-funded and is setup to cover the costs of fees alone. Should there be any surplus funds from any of the events, they will be put towards our fundraising goal of the refurbishment of the WCI Auditorium.

There are three different ways that you can register for WCI’s 50th Homecoming Weekend:

• Method # 1: Register via this website and use our secure online/PayPal system to pay with your credit card. Further, if you are attending the Dinner/Dance on Saturday Evening at Bingeman Park and have any personal, special dietary needs like vegetarian, vegan, or other (with details which you consider appropriate), please contact WCI by mail (WCI's 50th Homecoming Registration c/o Waterloo Collegiate, 300 Hazel Street, Waterloo ON, N2L3P2) or by phone (1-519-884-9590) or through the ”CONTACT US” tab on this website. Bingeman Park would like us to state that it is not a nut-free facility.
• Method # 2: Print out the registration page from this website by clicking on either of the available links. Print out the form, complete it and send it along with your cheque payable to “WCI’s 50th Homecoming” and mail it to “WCI’s 50th Homecoming Registration c/o Waterloo Collegiate, 300 Hazel Street, Waterloo ON, N2L3P2”. Further, if you are attending the Dinner/Dance on Saturday Evening at Bingeman Park and have any personal, special dietary needs like vegetarian, vegan, or other (with details which you consider appropriate), please indicate so on the reverse side of this registration page and include any details which you think appropriate. We will try our best to accommodate you. Bingeman Park would like us to state that it is not a nut-free facility.
• Method # 3: Contact WCI by mail (WCI’s 50th Homecoming Registration c/o Waterloo Collegiate, 300 Hazel Street, Waterloo ON, N2L3P2) or by phone (1-519-884-9590) or through the ”CONTACT US” tab on this website and request that a Registration Package be sent to you at your home address. Then, complete it and return it to WCI via the Royal Mail. Again, on the reverse side of this registration page, please indicate any personal special dietary needs like vegetarian, vegan, or other and include any details which you think appropriate. We will try our best to accommodate you. Bingeman Park would like us to state that it is not a nut-free facility.
